As Co-Managing Member, Barney provides oversight of all projects to maintain timelines within budgetary constraints. Barney is a native of South Florida, attended Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale and graduated with a Finance Degree from Georgetown University.
David Kahan
David Kahan Co-Manager
As Co-Managing Member, David coordinates the legal and corporate affairs of the Company. David is a Florida Bar Certified Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Corporate Law.
Chris Done
Chris Done Director of Construction
As the Construction Qualifier for the Company, Chris is responsible for the timely execution of all projects. Chris is a native of South Florida and graduated from Florida International University with a BA in Architecture.
Joe Wendt
Joe Wendt Sr. Project Manager
Joe is an indispensable contributor to our construction team. Joe manages one of our primary banking accounts with his proven track record of excellent planning and project execution. Joe understands the importance of timely turnovers and minimal punch lists.
Roberto Sanchez
Roberto Sanchez General Superintendent
Roberto is an extremely competent and qualified General Superintendent, managing the execution of all fieldwork on all non-banking projects. Roberto maintains focus on timelines, budgets and the allocation of company resources as he oversees construction projects for the Company.
Sandra DePadro
Sandra DePadro Controller
Overseeing the financial and administrative process and our office staff is our Controller, Sandy, with 25 years’ experience in the architectural and construction industry, whom diligently and carefully manages human resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Pay Applications, and Insurance Functions/Audits.
Helen Centner
Helen Centner Development Administrator
Helen has been with the Company for 13 years and brings with her more than 25 years’ experience in Development and Property Management background combined. Helen administers and facilitates Sub-Contractor and Vendor Risk Management, Purchase Orders, and Waivers/Releases of Lien. She handles the Company’s Accounts Payables, Receivables, and provides overall administrative support. Helen is also our “go to” person for her exceptional ability in troubleshooting.

Kristina is responsible for all Permit Submittals/Expediting and Materials Purchasing for the Company. She also provides billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, field, and overall administrative support.

Cobbie is a talented Interior Designer and Consultant. Specializing in both residential and commercial projects, Cobbie has a flair for integrating client's tastes into functional and productive environments.
