Karan effectively oversees our construction division, managing everything from initial cost projections to project completion. Karan’s positive attitude and strong leadership skills set him apart. JORDAN DANZANSKY
Project Manager & Real Estate Strategist

Jordan, a South Florida native and Pine Crest School graduate, holds a degree in Public Financial Management from Indiana University. In Chicago, he worked as a consultant specializing in financing and underwriting projects that bridge the public and private sectors. Jordan managed financial feasibility studies related to city planning and building, covering projects like Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridors, light rail corridors, sports stadiums, and convention centers. He then returned to Florida and joined Comet Construction/Equity Development Group, where he serves as a Project Manager & Real Estate Strategist. Jordan also assists clients through site plan approval, zoning, permitting, and construction as a “Junior” developer. He resides in Boca Raton, FL, with his wife Allie and two children, Poppy and Dylan.

HELEN CENTNER
Development Administrator

Helen, a native of Miami, has been a valuable team member since 2005. Helen brings with her more than 25 years of experience in development and property management combined. Helen handles various key responsibilities including the management of sub-contractor and vendor risk management, purchase orders, waivers and releases of liens, vendor acquisition/retention, fleet management, telecommunications, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit card reconciliations. Additionally, Helen is our go-to person for troubleshooting, thanks to her exceptional problem-solving skills.

RACHEL WILSON
Construction Administrator

Rachel, a Broward native attended Coconut Creek High School and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Supervision Management, specializing in Human Resources and Project Management. Within the company, Rachel takes charge of coordinating and overseeing permit submissions, permit expediting, pay applications and project close out. Her responsibilities extend to material procurement, as well as playing a pivotal role in billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, field operations, and comprehensive administrative support.
