KARAN BENIWAL
Director of Construction & Qualifier

Meet Karan Beniwal, our Director of Construction & Qualifier. With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from FIU. Karan effectively oversees our construction division, managing everything from initial cost projections to project completion. Karan’s positive attitude and strong leadership skills set him apart. He excels at team collaboration and skillfully assigns tasks to maximize each team member’s potential for growth and success. JORDAN DANZANSKY
Development Director

Jordan, a South Florida native and Pine Crest School graduate, holds a degree in Public Financial Management from Indiana University. Prior to joining Comet Construction/Equity Development Group, Jordan worked as a consultant specializing in financial feasibility, underwriting, and economic development projects that bridged the public and private sectors.

At Comet Construction, Jordan focuses on commercial development and construction projects throughout Florida and the Southeast, including grocery-anchored shopping centers, retail redevelopments, restaurant construction, and tenant-driven projects in active operational environments. He works closely with clients, tenants, consultants, and municipalities throughout planning, permitting, preconstruction, and project execution to help keep projects aligned, efficient, and moving forward.

HELEN CENTNER
Development Administrator

Helen, a native of Miami, has been a valuable team member since 2005. Helen brings with her more than 25 years of experience in development and property management combined. Helen handles various key responsibilities including the management of sub-contractor and vendor risk management, purchase orders, waivers and releases of liens, vendor acquisition/retention, fleet management, telecommunications, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit card reconciliations. Additionally, Helen is our go-to person for troubleshooting, thanks to her exceptional problem-solving skills.
